All the staff was polite and welcoming, tackled my issues. The family room was outstanding and modern with twin beds as req. The hotel was in the very central setting in luggage hold area.

All in all, spent my time really good here. The staff were polite all the time. The location was marvellous for walking around a famous Victorian entertainment complex. There was a nice restaurant at a moderate distance from the hotel. It was 15 minutes drive to the airport.
